Mr. Macmillan attended Texas Tech University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in geology. Mr. Macmillan began his career in the oil and gas industry as a Landman for Coastal Corporation in their Corpus Christi, Texas office. Following his work at Coastal, Mr. Macmillan returned to Houston where he served in various land and management positions for Strata Energy, G&D Energy, Houston Oil & Gas Company, Santa Fe Snyder Corporation, Unocal Corporation, and Hunt Petroleum Corporation before he joined Northstar E&P in 2006. Following the sale of Northstar E&P to Dynamic Offshore Resources, Mr. Macmillan served as Sr. VP - Land for Northstar Offshore Energy Partners. Beginning in 2012 and Immediately prior to joining Sanare Mr. Macmillan served as the Sr. VP - Land for Northstar Offshore Group.
