Mr. Rougeau received a Bachelor of Science from Centenary College of Louisiana prior to beginning his career in the oil & gas industry. Between 2008 and 2015 Mr. Rougeau held lead consulting positions with Linc Energy, JX Nippon USA, and Maritech Resources where he advised on drilling, completion, and abandonment work programs. Immediately prior to joining Sanare, he served as President of Fenix Petroleum Group, LLC where he was responsible for identifying and acquiring two Permian Basin assets where Mr. Rougeau successfully implemented a secondary recovery project.
